Blackberry is not detected by the Blackberry Desktop Manager / Software

BlackBerry Desktop Software is a program for your PC or laptop that can be used for backup, restore to update the Blackberry to the latest OS. Problems like this can be caused because the drivers for the Blackberry is not installed correctly or an error occurs. First connect the Blackberry to a laptop. Then access Device Manager, if you use the Windows 7 live type Device Manager wrote a column Search.
